An extravaganza celebrating The Beverly Hills Hotel’s 100th birthday served in the launch of this summer’s Cointreau Poolside Series, retro cocktail parties benefiting the Project Angel Fund. The Beverly Hills Hotel pool had the polished look of a bygone era as guests gathered to sip on classic Cointreau cocktails and take in a graceful water ballet by the Aqualillies.
