Aqualillies Fitness Classes

Make your own splash and learn the fundamentals of this graceful sport. Aqualillies trained instructors will teach you sculling techniques, layouts, torpedoes, ballet legs and more, then you’ll set your new skills to music with a beautiful and athletic routine. Classes are a great way to stay in shape and make friends in a supportive environment.

BEGINNER – Learn the basics and a new routine each session. Required skills: basic swimming / treading water.

INTERMEDIATE – Learn new skills and a new routine each session. Required skills: layout, oyster and tucks.

MIXED LEVEL – Refine your skills with hands on instruction each session.

*It is recommended that you wear any comfortable swim suit. Most students like to wear a cap (swim or vintage style) and goggles. Noseclips are available at class for $5. Bring your own towel & drinking water.

Have an Aqualillies instructor to your own pool or rent a few lanes with friends and have fun learning synchro together. This is a great way to try synchronized swimming for the first time or get hands-on instruction to improve your skills.

One student: $99

Two students: $120 ($60/student)

Three students: $135 ($45/student)

Four students and up… ($35/student)
